SHIPPING POLICY

We offer standard shipping to Metropolitan France. Your items are delivered in 1-7 days after expedition.
Important: if you want to be delivered abroad, a participation will be asked for a delivery in 7-10 days after expedition via the Colissimo International Service from La Poste.

Exceeding this limit will in no case be used against PANAMERS or give rise to a breach of contract or any compensation for damages and interests.
Our partner is La Poste, with which we send unsigned Colissimo with tracking number to the indicated address given in the order. As such, PANAMERS is not able to guarantee a specific time of delivery.
Beyond a period of one month following your order, PANAMERS will refund by check or bank transfer the undelivered goods.

RETURN POLICY

REFUND

You have a 30 days delay following your order on our website panamers.com to return the product(s). You can be entirely refunded.
To be refunded, the articles must not have been worn or damaged in any case and have to be returned in their original state for resaling.
Watches sold with engraving at the back of the case will not be refunded.
To return your product, you just have to formerly contact our costumer service by mail to the following adress contact@panamers.com or via our formulaire de contact to notify your return demand and ask to be refunded.
Once your demand validated by our services, you will have to send your article to the following adress :

Dont forget to give us your complete Name, adress and order reference.
Delivery costs for refund will be charged to customers.

EXCHANGE 

You have a 30 days delay following your order on our website panamers.com to exchange your product or benefit from a credit note for a period of 6 months*.
Delivery costs for exchange or refund will be charged to customers.

*NB : Products must been returned in their original state, for resaling.

In the particular case of a defective item, the cost of return or exchange will be automatically chargeable to PANAMERS. If the item you have ordered is defective, please send us an email at : contact@panamers.com.
PANAMERS can not be held liable for breach of contract resulting in a case of force majeure including and without any limitation, in the event of war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, important problem, strikes, shortages, fire, earthquake, storm, flood.
